Nestled in the heart of Colorado, just north of the Arkansas River Valley, our farm sits on 114 acres of high‑country beauty at 7,300 feet. Our birds grow up in wide‑open free‑range pastures and secure predator‑proof spaces, soaking up everything from subzero winters to sun‑baked 95° summers. From day one, hatchlings are gently handled and raised in our home until they’re ready to join the flock.

As our farm has grown, so has our mission. Alongside raising birds, we now offer mail‑in DNA testing to help flock keepers make confident, informed decisions. From gender identification to blue‑egg gene testing, our goal is to make the science simple, accessible, and genuinely useful—whether you keep a handful of backyard hens or manage a whole breeding program. We believe good information builds better flocks, and we’re here to help you get it.

For the health and safety of our birds, we keep the coop private and don’t host visitors—but we’re always happy to meet at a nearby spot to hand‑deliver your new flock members or chat about your testing results.
